Shipping policy

We ship within the U.S. and D.C. via tracked carriers. Estimated delivery windows begin after the Confirmation of Order & Shipment and are estimates only.

• Signature & ID: An adult signature may be required on delivery. We may restrict delivery to the named recipient and request ID for high-value items.

• Risk & Title: We insure shipments until the carrier’s first delivery scan at your address. Risk and title pass at delivery. If you designate another recipient, the same applies upon delivery to that recipient.

• Delays: If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the Confirmation of Order & Shipment (and no longer period was disclosed for custom/personalized items), you may cancel for a refund of amounts paid for undelivered items. This is your sole remedy for delay.
